Restaurant
The Verzon features one of Ledbury, Herefordshire's favourite Restaurants. Its Mulberry Bar, with the original brick and wood work, is just the place to savour a pint of Wye Valley Ale, a light lunch or even our special house champagne cocktail before dinner. Guests are invited to select from the comprehensive restaurant menu and to sit and relax whilst studying the wine list that is Peter's personal choice.
The Brasserie is a very fine room with a magnificent Victorian fireplace and a superb outdoor terrace. It serves modern food of the highest quality, which is locally sourced wherever possible. Our beef comes from Much Marcle, the free range poultry from Madgetts Farm, the lamb from Wales and our fresh fish and shell fish are delivered daily from Cornwall. Everything from our bread to the rosemary roasted nuts is made in house. Our service is essentially friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for our young attentive staff who help to create the warm and inviting atmosphere.
Verzon House will be closed on Tuesday 19th March.

Saturday & Sunday from 8.30 to 10.00 am
Lunch: Not open every Monday. Please phone prior to setting out. Monday-Saturday from 11.00-2.00pm Dinner: Tuesday- Saturday from 7.00 to 9.30. Not open every Sunday evening. Please phone prior to setting out.
