Verzon House is an ideal venue for your special business meeting. Situated just 15-minutes from Hereford, 40-minutes from Cheltenham and about an hour from Birmingham. Although the property is in secluded countryside it is easily reached by motorway and simple to find being just off the main A438. We have car parking facilities for in excess of 50 vehicles.
Meeting rooms can be individually organised to match all your business needs, and we can cater from eight to eighty delegates depending upon the configuration. We are able to provide all you will need, from that all important breakfast meeting to an entire day's programme including a gala dinner.

2 course table d'hôte lunch or working lunch and the cost of room hire.
A minimum of 8 delegates applies to qualify for these rates.
We can tailor packages to suit individual company needs, including accommodation and celebration gala dinners.
Our Small Delegate Room will seat from 8 to 14 delegates in boardroom style The Large Conference Room will accommodate 50 delegates in a theatre style format and from 20 to 30 boardroom style.
We can also offer Banqueting Functions for up to 80 people.
We have limited additional AV/Video equipment available for hire, but can make arrangements on your behalf if required. The hotel is currently being updated with WiFi connection for high speed, mobile internet access.
