A brief introduction to fermenting using locally produced live organic Willy’s Apple Cider vinegar ‘ACV’. Jayne from ‘Foodscapes’ will demonstrate a quick fish cure, add vinegar to our favourite dishes to give them a chef’s twist and talk about the inner health benefits of ACV. A mocktail containing Willy’ ACV will be served, alongside Peter Cooks breads for dunking award winning Willy’s Live Organic Apple Balsamic!
